"You" and "your" refer to the individual or organization accessing our website or purchasing our programs. "Programs" refer to all healthy back in the office wellness services we offer. "Content" refers to all text, graphics, videos, guides, and materials provided through our website and programs.
Eliminatevita provides educational and guided wellness programs focused on posture awareness, desk ergonomics, and movement routines for office environments. Our programs include structured curricula, live or virtual sessions, written resources, and follow-up support as described on our program pages. Our services are intended for general workplace wellness purposes and are not a substitute for professional physical therapy, chiropractic care, or other specialized services. Participants should consult appropriate professionals for individual health concerns.
You must be at least eighteen years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to enroll in our programs or use our website. By using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. Our programs are designed for adults in professional workplace settings.
Program enrollment may require providing accurate contact information, billing details, and workspace information. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during enrollment and to update such information as needed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at our discretion, including for incomplete information, suspected fraud, or conduct inconsistent with program objectives.
Program fees are listed in US dollars on our website and are subject to change without prior notice for future enrollments. Current pricing includes Foundation Desk Relief at $149, Executive Desk Wellness Bundle at $329, and Team Movement Workshop at $95 per participant with a minimum of eight participants. Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law. Failed payments may result in suspension of program access until payment is resolved.
Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to program materials and session scheduling information via email. Session dates and formats are communicated during enrollment. Virtual sessions require a stable internet connection and appropriate device. On-site sessions require access to your workplace and cooperation from participating team members. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including technical failures, facility access restrictions, or participant unavailability.
All content on eliminatevita.world and within our programs, including the Spine Flow Framework methodology, stretch guides, posters, session materials, logos, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Eliminatevita and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials for personal or internal organizational purposes during your active enrollment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.
You agree to use our website and programs only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include attempting unauthorized access to our systems, transmitting harmful code, scraping website content without permission, impersonating others, harassing staff or participants, recording sessions without consent where prohibited, reselling program access, and using our services in any manner that could damage our reputation or interfere with other users. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Participation in healthy back in the office programs involves physical movement. You are responsible for assessing your own readiness to participate and modifying activities as needed. Inform our facilitators of any physical limitations or conditions that may affect your participation. Follow safety guidelines provided during sessions. Eliminatevita is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or from pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us.
Our website and programs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in our programs, as results depend on individual effort, consistency, and workplace conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eliminatevita and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of our website or programs.
